Fact & Feeling is based in Berlin. From here we want to help facilities in Berlin understand the indoor climate, energy and operations of their buildings room by room – and we look forward to working within Berlin’s ecosystem around health and care.

Berlin is one of the major health-economy locations in Germany: with many hospitals and care facilities, research, training and a lively scene of young companies. For a platform that supports the operation of healthcare buildings with AI, it is the right place to start.
What we offer
Facilities in Berlin can start with an analysis of the indoor climate in selected areas:
- Hospitals and clinics: Indoor climate room by room – from patient room to waiting area – together with energy and plant operation.
- Care homes: Indoor climate in care homes, especially in heatwaves and at night, with data for the facility’s own planning.
- Practices and health centres: Air and temperature in waiting and treatment rooms, with few devices and no changes to the practice IT.
After the audit, this can become ongoing monitoring of the hospital or care home.
